Thomas Edward Brinsley was born in 1971 in Indiana. Born with Hemophilia, he was restricted from most physical activities and was forced to chase more creative pursuits. Unmarried with no children, Tom currently lives alone in west Indianapolis and spends most of his time with or communicating with family and friends.
